The use of this website shall be governed by the following terms, including the contents and services made available to users. Therefore, CACTUS MEN'S CLUB kindly requests you to carefully read these terms as they contain all the information regarding your rights and obligations.

If you do not wish to accept them, it is recommended that you refrain from using the website. It should be noted that access to cactusmensclub.com is free and does not require prior subscription or registration.
CACTUS MEN'S CLUB reserves the exclusive right to review these terms and make modifications based on legislative changes or corporate decisions, committing to publish and inform users of any variations that may affect them. CACTUS MEN'S CLUB will never know the user's password. It will remain encrypted in CACTUS MEN'S CLUB's computer systems. In case of password loss or need, the user has a password recovery system available.

Company Liability
CACTUS MEN'S CLUB is not responsible for problems resulting from the malfunction or use of non-optimized versions of any type of browser, as well as those resulting from prolonged interruptions in the power supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and, in general, all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

Conflict Resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The parties expressly agree that this contract shall be governed and interpreted, in all its terms and conditions, in accordance with the current Spanish legislation.
The parties expressly submit, for any questions or disputes that may arise in relation to the interpretation, compliance, and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the corresponding Courts and Tribunals of the consumer or user's domicile or those of the place of performance of the contractual obligation.
